I work with those who want to cultivate mindful awareness and create an intentional life by inviting all parts of human experience into a state of integration and deep self-love.

During our time together, you can expect a combination of mindfulness exercises to support self-inquiry. We will lead with conversation and if called for, bring in other forms of exploration like gentle movement, breath awareness and guided meditations.
